A more calming and slower version of Aerial, our Restorative Mellow Flow class uses the aerial hammock as a tool to create sacred space in the body, mind and spirit. Feel the flow gently warms the body in preparation for a series of long holds in poses during our Aerial Mellow Flow classes as we include the practical applications.
